


SHIPPING:
Engines, transmissions, and suspension components are shipped by Motor
Freight. Small items are shipped by UPS or FEDEX. Cost on all shipping is
based on weight and destination and shipped at cost. We ship engines and
transmissions on new pallets secured with metal strapping and wrapped for
protection. SPS recommends boxing of units due to the inconsistent handling
that occurs with shipping companies, also to the problem of settling any
claims that may occur. Boxing is extra and usually costs around $100.00.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
YOU MUST REPORT DAMAGE CLAIMS TO THE APPROPRIATE CARRIER FOR
COVERAGE.
UPS OR FEDEX:
When merchandise is shipped with one of these carriers and is received with
damage, it must be taken to the local office of this company in the original
container for claims.
MOTOR FREIGHT:
Orders shipped Motor Freight and received damaged must file a claim within
10 days with the shipping agent. When shipping unit has obvious damage
upon delivery, YOU MUST have the driver make note on the shipping bill
before signing the release. If you do not make note of damage, you will have a
hard time filing a claim with the shipper. Once you have damage, you must
notify the carrier claims department and they will instruct you on the correct
procedures to follow. We advise taking pictures of any damaged shipment
received. No claims can be filed through SPS.


PRICING:
We reserve the right to change prices on any order or
non stock items manufactured by companies other that
Southern Performance Systems (SPS). Our price
quotes are good for 10 days from the date of fax or
mailed quote. Receipt of order verbally or written by
SPS is not necessarily acknowledgement or
confirmation of order. SPS will reply to customers that
items requested have not been previously sold. Due
to the nature of our business, each item is unique and
priced individually. All efforts will be made to keep
pricing as listed when possible. Shipping prices are
F.O.B, Norcross, Georgia, and can be quoted as part of
the order. We ship anywhere. We export.
PAYMENT:
All orders must be prepaid. We accept payment in the
form of certified checks, bank wire transfers and
credit cards. All checks are to be made to Southern
Performance Systems.
RETURNS:
No items will be accepted for return without
Authorization from SPS.
